Barre and Piyo are high intensity, low impact exercises perfect for every age and fitness level. Aimed to tone your muscles, tighten your core, increase flexibility and strengthen you with dynamic movements of pilates, yoga and ballet (barre).

Meet the Barre and PiYo instructor: 

Jamie Maneha has been a certified PiYo teacher since 2014 and a certified Barre teacher since 2019. She also holds a certification for teaching Pilates. Jamie is a licensed massage and structural alignment therapist (LMT) with a great appreciation and knowledge base for the movement of the human body. Jamie also became certified as a 200hour yoga teacher at Zen Den Yoga in 2020. ​
