The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Zen Den Yoga gives you the proper foundation, whether you intend to simply deepen your own practice or plan to teach yoga. This professional certification training prepares you to teach safely, confidently and knowledgeably. You'll learn the basic principles, essential elements and inner awareness to grow your understanding and your practice of yoga. You will discover how to embody what you teach through theory combined with a hands-on approach. You will learn to lead your students into a much deeper, stronger asana, and at the same time keep them safe from injury. You will learn about each asana, why they are sequenced the way they are, what are the benefits and contraindications of each posture, and more than one way to enter the posture. You will learn how to theme your classes, apply the yoga philosophy principles into your classes as well as your daily life.
